We want Ever Lasting to be a safe, friendly place for exchanging second-hand items (donations and pickups). Users must therefore comply with the catalogue rules below when posting their Listings.

If an item you donate originally came with an instruction manual or safety warning and you still have it, please include it with the donation. If your electronic device originally included accessories and you are donating it without those accessories, clearly state this in the Listing description.

- Upload each item separately or as a bundle, in the appropriate category (and brand, where applicable).
- All items must include an accurate condition.
- For bundles, the title and/or description must explicitly state it is a bundle.
- Your Listing or profile description must not link to external websites (except for Professional Users).
- You may not post a Listing solely to “look for” an item.
- For electronic devices, erase your personal data and log out of all accounts; remember to remove the SIM card and any personal effects.
b. Photo requirements
Listing photos must:
- Show the item as it is (no retouching). It is recommended to show defects (scratches, wear, etc.).
- Be sharp and clear.
- Not be stock images, advertising photos or copyright-protected images.
c. Intellectual property
- Counterfeits are strictly prohibited (copy/use of a brand, product name or logo without permission; copying distinctive product features—e.g., bottle shape, a bag’s design/pattern).
- It is also prohibited to publish works reproduced without the rightsholder’s consent (e.g., copied books, self-made training/diet programs, video games copied to CDs or other media).
d. Penalties
If you do not comply:
- If minor edits suffice, we may correct the Listing (e.g., category or brand when clearly visible in the description or photo).
- If the Listing contains a prohibited item, we will remove it and inform the User of the reason.
- In case of repeated violations (prohibited items, non-compliant commercial-type activity, other breaches of the Terms and Conditions and/or these rules), we may suspend the account (e.g., for 7 days) or block it permanently, depending on severity. The User will be informed of the decision. For details, see our Terms and Conditions.
